Welcome to C&P Logistics Solutions, LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

• Quotes provided are estimates and are subject to change based on weight, Length, width, height and distance, and any additional services required.
• Any changes to shipment details may result in adjusted pricing.

• Payment is due "upon receipt,"
• Late payments may incur a [insert late  "5.5% monthly late fee or the maximum amount allowed by law"
• Payment methods accepted:  credit card, debit card,  ACH transfer, E-checks, Zelle, Venmo and Wire transfers.

• The client is responsible for providing accurate shipment information.
• C&P Logistics is not liable for delays or damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
• Shipments are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and carrier rules.

• C&P Logistics’ liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We are not liable for damages arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather delays, acts of God, or third-party carrier issues.
• Cargo insurance is available upon request; otherwise, the client assumes full risk for loss or damage.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold C&P Logistics harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our Services.

• Cancellation of services must be requested in writing.
• Refunds are subject to review and may include applicable deductions for services rendered.

C&P Logistics will maintain the confidentiality of client information unless disclosure is required by law or consented to by the client.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles.

SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from C&P Logistics Solutions, LLC, you may receive messages related to the following (provide specific examples):

• Appointment reminders
• Follow-up messages
• Billing inquiries

Example: "Hello customer the Estimated time of delivery will be tomorrow at 4pm local time."

Message Frequency:
You will only received messages if you are a customer of ours and if we are moving an equipment.

Example:
"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your order status."

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from C&P Logistics Solutions, LLC, in the following ways:

• Verbally, during a conversation

Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Additional Options:

• If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
